How long does an order take? Four to six weeks from a completed configuration to delivery — cloth is cut and canvassed to order, not pulled from a shelf.

What if my measurements turn out to be wrong? Every order carries the same guarantee: if the fit isn't right when it arrives, we alter it. That is part of the price, not a separate charge.

Can I use a size I already know, like a jacket size from another brand? Yes — the configurator's measurement step offers a preset starting point alongside guided self-measurement, refinable either way.

Do you make womenswear? The current configurator is menswear-only. The house's register and imagery are not — the tailoring itself will follow.
