Returns & Alterations

If the fit isn't right once it arrives, we alter it — that's part of the price, not a separate policy.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a garment that hasn't been altered or worn. Because each piece is cut to an individual's own measurements, a returned made-to-measure garment cannot be resold as new — we ask that the return window be used for a genuine fit or quality concern, not a change of mind about styling, which the configurator's Review step is built to catch before you order.
